"The court granted the investigator's petition to elect a preventive measure in the form of detention," she said.
According to investigators, in 2015, Jalilov, using his official powers, donated unlawfully three land plots with a total area of 3 hectares, located in the Derbent district along the Kavkaz federal highway, to their relatives. The cadastral value of the land is more than 3 million rubles, according to preliminary data, the market value of the plots can reach more than 20 million rubles.
In the framework of the criminal case, searches were conducted at the place of residence of Dzhelilov and in the administration of the Derbent district.
