Former members of USSR Council of Ministers Secretariat and 9th Directorate pay respect to national leader Heydar Aliyev

On January 26th Former members of the USSR Council of Ministers Secretariat and the 9th Directorate visited the Alley of Honors. They laid flowers at the tomb of national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev. 
They also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
