Azerbaijan, Ukraine discuss prospects for emergency situations cooperation

Azerbaijan`s Minister of Emergency Situations, colonel-general Kamaladdin Heydarov met with Ukrainian ambassador Alexander Mishenko.
During the meeting, Heydarov briefed the diplomat on the activity and foreign relations of the Ministry.
The Azeri Minister also informed Mishenko about projects implemented by the Ministry.
The ambassador stressed the necessity of deepening cooperation between the two countries` emergency authorities.
They also discussed conducting mutual experience exchange and other issues of mutual interest.

On May 19th President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, who is in Chicago, the USA, to attend a NATO summit, met Georgian leader Mikheil Saakashvili. 
The two presidents praised the development of the Azerbaijan-Georgia relations in a variety of fields.
