Vice President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva inaugurates Center of Surgery and Transplantology of Organs

On November 15th, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva visited the Center of Surgery and Transplantology of Organs after its overhaul initiated by the Foundation.
Head doctor of the Central Oilmen Hospital Habib Yuzbashiyev told Leyla Aliyeva that the center provided with sophisticated medical equipment is second to none in Caucasus and Central Asia. With the Foundation`s support, about 3,000 patients have been examined here and 450 underwent open-heart surgery.
Leyla Aliyeva met with patients and was curious about their health.
Leyla Aliyeva was briefed on the CUSA Excel equipment donated by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation met with medical personnel of the center and group of patients who had been treated here. They expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva for the care and attention for healthcare development in the country and creation of such the center.
