Baku hosts 1st Medical Conference of Turkish speaking countries

On September 30th the 1st Medical Congress entitled "New achievements in medicine" of the Turkish speaking countries started at the Azerbaijan Medical University in Baku.
Opening remarks were made by Deputy Health Minister of Azerbaijan Elsever Agayev, Turkish ambassador Hulusi Kilic, rector of AMU Ahliman Amiraslanov, rector of Istanbul University Yunus Soylet.
Reports by Academician A. Amiraslanov "Modern methods of treatment of malignant tumors on bone" and by Y. Soylet "International relations in education" were heard by the participants.
The Congress will end on October 9.
