Press conference on Eurovision-2012 held in Baku

On January 26th a press conference related to the Evrovision-2012 song contest was held here.
The event was attended by Executive Supervisor of the Eurovision Song Contest Jon Ola Sand, Event Supervisor of the Contest Sietse Bakker, Eurovision TV Director Jorgen Franck, and head of Eurovision-2012 Working Group Adil Karimli, head of public relations and communications Tahir Mammadov.
A video clip on Eurovision-2012 logo was displayed in the event. The official website of this year`s contest (eurovision.az) was also presented.
Speaking to the press-conference Jon Ola Sand said: "It`s really difficult to organize such a contest in a short period of time. But our professional team managed to accomplish the preparatory work within shorter span of time. There is still much work to do."
Sietse Bakker said, "Yesterday we saw a fantastic show in the handover ceremony of the insignia of 2012 Eurovision Song Contest. We wish all the success to Azerbaijan in this contest".
Adil Karimli pointed out that European Broadcasting Union hailed the progress achieved so far. "We will present a great show to music fans. Partners of the contest have already been chosen."
